The HatchTraveller is equipped with a unique climate
control system, based on HatchTech's patented concept
of laminar airflow:
- Directly driven fans continuously force air through
the perforated radiators;
- The perforations in the radiators create a perfectly
uniform laminar airflow;
- Unlike traditional systems, the air in the HatchTraveller
does not escape around the baskets, but flows through
the baskets allowing the chicks within the boxes to issue
their heat to the air;
As a result of the uniform airflow, every chick will have
the opportunity to issue its heat to the air that passes by.
