Perfect in any and all climate conditions
Unlike traditional systems, the HatchTraveller functions completely independently of outside climate conditions. Whether it is hot or cold, day or night, summer or winter – the conditions in the truck will always be completely stable and 100% controlled.

The HatchTraveller does not depend on the outside air for cooling, as this is completely done via the perforated radiators and the chillers they’re linked to. The only time that the system’s air inlet opens is when oxygen is required. This amount of outside air entering the system is so minimal, it will not interfere with the ambient temperature inside.

• Suitable for moderate and extreme climate conditions: -30 °C to + 55 °C
• Suitable for both plastic and cardboard crates (HatchTech baskets are recommended for their excellent air flow passage)
• Suitable for both chick and egg transport (on request)
• HatchTravellers can be connected to the electricity network, making it possible to use them as chick storage rooms at hatcheries or for ferry transport.

Excellent body and floor construction
The HatchTraveller is supplied as an independent box. The floor of the box is plain, but profiled, for easy cleaning and maximum grip, and does not feature any hard-to-clean ventilation channels. Doors and panels are constructed of first-class insulated panels for maximum strength.

• Insulated rear doors: 65mm; equipped with stainless steel rear portal
• Equipped with stairs and illumination according to EU regulations

Fully automated system
The HatchTraveller functions completely independently from the truck, except the fuel tank. And because the HatchTraveller will not depend on external air for cooling, the system will always function perfectly, even when the truck is not moving or moving slowly. When driving up hills, in traffic jams, or during driver breaks, the generator and cooling system will continue creating perfect climate conditions inside.

The HT 88 and 75 Hatcher Basket can be used for both hatching and transporting chicks. The baskets are specially designed to uniformly provide optimum airflow to all eggs and chicks in the basket.
